Background
Hon. Richard Wulo is a Ghanaian public servant and educationist by profession. Before becoming DCE, he worked as a teacher, bringing strong grassroots experience and community engagement into his leadership role.
He also served as an Assembly Member for the Siiru Electoral Area for three consecutive terms (2011–2023), which gave him extensive experience in local governance and community development.
